About Us

After actually majoring in Radio, TV, and Film at the University of Utah, Moose began his career at the local ABC television affiliate, KTVX, in Salt Lake City in 1987. For the next decade, he learned every aspect of the business of local television, from shooting to audio, lighting to creative execution, graphics to client relations. He directed countless news-related programs and special projects including Buzz Baseball and 11 years of the Utah Winter Games.

But one can only spend so much time making reporters look good. In 1997, it was time to do things his way and Moose opened the friendly confines of Fast Forward Productions. With the goal of providing his clients with the best value for their investment, Fast Forward features state-of-the-art equipment and software. Moose also has created an extensive freelance pool of some of the area’s finest shooters, lighting experts, sound junkies, and copywriters. All are involved on a project basis, allowing Fast Forward to match the project with the talent.
